Our fees
In accordance with our professional Code of Conduct, our firm systematically establishes a fee arrangement which specifies, in agreement with the client, a fee calculation method according to the following pricing models :
Billable hours system (hourly fee)
The usual method of calculation, based on time spent on the case. The hourly rate of reference of the firm is 350 euros (excluding VAT).
Flat fee
As an alternative to billing on time spent on a case where the goal and diligence required can be precisely identified in advance, our firm agrees with the client on a fixed and definitive fee. This fee is determined by the complexity of the case, the foreseeable diligences, the expenses incurred by the nature of the case, the means of the client and the notoriety of the lawyer.
With recurring billing, a subscription fee can be agreed upon.
Contingency fee
This fee arrangement between our firm and the client, is where payment of our fees is dependent upon the result of the litigation or arbitration.
These fees do not include bailiff’s fees, court fees, fiscal stamps, pleading fees, legal expertise fees, statement of costs, nor expenses and reimbursements incurred on behalf of the client, which will be rebilled to the nearest euro based on receipts.
The amounts are subject to the current rate of VAT.
